All wood border sections are manufactured, priced and shipped in 3 linear foot sections.

Unfinished Wood Border & Corner Sections
All wood borders are supplied with a 5/16″ hardwood wear layer. Thicknesses greater than 5/16" are mounted to a Baltic birch substrate for a 3/8" to 3/4" overall thickness. Call our customer service team at 920-582-9977 to order a custom thickness to match your field floor. If corners are ordered, they may be attached to a border section unless otherwise specified.

Prefinished Borders
All mounted borders may be prefinished in thicknesses greater than 5/16". Oshkosh Designs uses a low VOC, water-based, semi-gloss finish with a 50% sheen level. Prefinish is an additional charge. Prefinished items are not refundable.

Shipping
All Oshkosh Designs products are entirely handmade and will be manufactured per the customer’s specifications. Orders are handcrafted upon processing and ship within 5-10 business days. Shipping dates are estimated based on the size and complexity of each design. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order ships. We encourage you to wait until you receive your product before scheduling installation. Any wood product must be acclimated to the relative moisture level of the job site prior to installation. We recommend the product be unboxed and allowed to sit (at site, but not on concrete) for at least one week.
